i stayed at the hotel recently and found the outdoor pool area very relaxing. jomaid, the lifeguard, greeted us each morning. he made sure we had a comfortable spot in the sun. the check-in process was efficient and smooth. the art deco theme added a distinct touch to the rooms.
I often waited over five minutes.

the staffs are very friendly and approachable. ganesh took great care of my room services. he was so efficient and friendly. i am really impressed with this experience.
the outside bar staff are rude. i ordered a pint and the bartender poured it around 70% full. i asked to fill it up to the correct amount and i got scoffed at.

the hotel has two small cooled pools, for children and adults. many loungers are available, nearby. the hotel also features a spa center and a fitness room, which are great additions.

the location was excellent. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the staff was friendly and helpful. i received a free upgrade to a suite, a nice gesture. the suite had plenty of space.
The traffic noise was constant. It continued all night. windows had openings that let in noise. i moved to the rear, but it was still audible.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a selection of free weights available , and a water dispenser is available to keep everyone hydrated. the area is kept clean.

the front desk staff was always ready to help with requests. housekeeping kept the rooms clean, and the staff responded quickly to our needs. the restaurant staff provided polite, efficient service during breakfast and dinner services.

The pool area left so much to be desired. the toilets near the pool was not clean at all. i saw very few sunbeds and it was mostly covered so it was very dark. I expect sun when i go to the pool.

The hotel is near shops and the beach. It's only 5-10 minutes. dubai marina is close , so evening walks and boat rides are easy. metro access is also just five minutes away.

Khaleel did a great job with room service and was very attentive. The meals in the restaurant were good, and the spa complex was nice. I also like that the room get cleaned every day. Man Bahadur and Happy did very kind job cleaning our room, even made special towel art and rose decorations.
The gym was too small and lacked equipment variety. It was disappointing.
